One of the many common deceptions among "believers" is to assume we've already "got it in the bag" that we've arrived and we're getting "set up" with a huge pad (mansion) in heaven... streets paved with gold, luxury living and finery like we can't begin to imagine because...

we're going to "HEAVEN" either after we die or get raptured...

This perspective of course might very well be rooted in the carnal lusts of the flesh which can never be satisfied... and if everyone who thought like that made it to Heaven, it would be a terribly boring place, I'm sure a lot of people would want to leave and go somewhere else.  Religious people are taught to believe they are very special, they are "in" and certain others are "out" so they are entitled to "heaven".  What a lot of garb-bage but that's religion... quite frankly the more religious people that I meet the more I'm convinced that religion houses many of the most selfish souls on earth.  The most selfish has got to be Rabbis and Pastors who ride on their high net worth lifestyles off the backs of their "flocks" and feed comfort food religious ideas that people want to hear.

Mashiyach on the other hand suffered and served others to with the "weightier matters" of Judgment, Mercy, and Faith but many who "know all about Mashiyach" are expecting to cash in because of Him?  Yes it's ironic, but religion needs a big juicy carrot to entice sheep to stick with their program and do their status quo duck walk.  All the World exists to prove YHWH is Just and Righteous, He is a Loving Father who is entitled to have whatever He wants, that's the unplugged version of the Truth.  We on the other hand, are either in agreement with YHWH or we are using our own ideas to compete with Him and make up our own little kingdoms.  To live according to Righteousness means that we must suffer and if we must suffer then we do it for the cause of Righteousness and not for any other benefit.  Righteousness himself is our reward.  Mashiyach and his Apostles attained greatness because they preferred to bear the infamy of the world rather than compromise with the instant gratification of the world.

Religion is all about mankind's competition with YHWH

That's why religious folk detest hearing about the limitations of their religion, people are offended for the sake of their religion because their religion is their idol.  The denominational Christians are loud and proud about their identity, for instance the Seventh Day Adventists (SDA) hold church meetings on the 7th Day Shabbat and claim that the Mark of the Beast is Sunday worship.  To be in good standing you'll have to agree with their prophet Mrs. E. G. (egg) White, but she does write that some black folk evolved from monkeys (not whites), that Christmas trees are good for business if you put gifts (money) on them for the church, that the Devil himself made atonement for YHWH's people. The SDA people don't like to be told that their "prophet" also foretold that their Church would become so evil that it would persecute the true remnant (she covered all the bases).

The JW's (Jehovah's Witnesses) vigorously defend their Jehovah God even when they know the name Jehovah was an invention of a Catholic monk who was up to a bit of mischief.  JW's are a Greek based Christian religion that spiritualizes Torah and makes their version of Mashiyach fit into a Western cultural status quo ideal, just as do most Western "reform" Christian sects.

The Pentecostals act out a various religious "anointings" to make themselves appear accepted into the beloved (the church), however, the idea of having an anointing that writes Torah upon the heart is repulsive to the vast majority of those who call themselves "spirit filled."  In reality the Brit Chadasha (Renewed Covenant) is not a religion but a Covenant that each individual chooses or denies and it is based on Government not on religion.

The Roman Catholic Church is laden with graven images of Mary and Jesus, promising salvation, elevating a man as spiritual father when in fact he is but a decrepit sinner, frail, ignorant, political, un-informed and biased against YHWH's Mashiyach and His people.  The RC Church is big, powerful, political and torahless, Catholic folks are extremely quick to defend their Catholic identity but very, very slow to defend the teachings of the original pre-Gentile Greek Apostolic version of the Jewish Mashiyach.

Religious people market their religion through multi-level marketing plans.  They market their religious ideas as if they alone have the worlds only original supply and NOBODY on earth has what they have.  EVERYBODY has inferior "products" is their lie, their exaggeration of their own realities, they defend their religious brands and put down other brands when it's convenient for them.  And so it is the religious people get all charged up about their "brand", their label, for some it's defending their pastor, as if they are on the cutting edge of the new wine, of course their dependency on religion is simply rooted in pride and ignorance.

Religion and politics are dear to the heart of religious men, YHWH is an offense to religious people because they are in competition with the Word of YHWH (TORAH) and His Mashiyach, the world is full of such examples.  Choose any religion, (preferably your own) and look into it and you will find a great disconnect between the Kedoshim (Set Apart people) and the attendance of your local congregation because religion caters to the flesh rather than to the spirit and inner relationship with YHWH.  Many have never understood even the basic revelation of the Name of YHWH yet they stubbornly cling to their religious status quo theology that finds ways to spurn the Name of YHWH and His Word.  Consider how the religious institutions pay themselves such high marks!

Look how must of the religious folk spend their religious wealth on themselves, for themselves, and by the authority of themselves certainly not according to Scripture.  Religion is an abomination to YHWH, by no means His friend, how many examples would you like? 

However religious folk liken themselves to the followers of Mashiyach and the great prophets of YHWH who suffered for righteousness sake.  Religion is dangerous business, it doesn't matter which one you choose.  The point is that YHWH deserves to be worshipped for Who He Is and for what He has given to us through Mashiyach according to His Word, not according to the traditions of men.  How many of Christianities religious traditions would you need to see that are directly opposite to YHWH's Word would you need to see before you are convinced of this?

Why are there so many buffoonery addicts and Pastors cashing in on what YHWH has done for us, many spiritual leaders are very sorrowful souls don't know how to earn an honest living, so they do what they do and tell people what they want to hear, and condition people to be dependant upon them, rather than YHWH.  Generation after generation false religions thrive because people don't care enough about the truth to actually ask YHWH and study His Word for themselves.  They want a hero or anyone who they think knows a bit more about the Master of Creation than they do.  Give us a king they say, then they make a king (Pastor, Priest, Rabbi) for themselves by their own making, they fashion their own kings like a potter makes a pot that pleases him.

Certainly Torah is full of examples of men who served YHWH's people, who led by example and who suffered for righteousness sake.  Certainly the world needs men and women to counsel and teach the things of YHWH and His Mashiyach, the world doesn't need men and women to raise up their own names, or institutions unto themselves on the back of their own self made religions.  The fact of the matter is that YHWH has given the Ruach haKodesh through His Mashiyach to guide His people, therefore His own people are not to be dependant upon other men and women, but they are required to grow themselves into the fullness of Mashiyach, in the stature of their spiritual person.  However, many false shepherds look around their flocks and say, "nobody is qualified to lead, but I", these false prophets want the privileges of leadership, a large weekly share of attention and materialistic empowerment.  Isn't it interesting how so many pastors were ex-drug addicts, criminals, divorcees, lazy good-for-nothings who all of a sudden got "an anointing for ministry"?  Isn't it interesting how a large percentage of Pastors, Rabbis and Priests took on the cloth as a result of a career decision?  Isn't it shameful how so many religious leaders have no desire to preach anything that goes against the status quo? Isn't it abominable that many leaders have been shown the Torah Mashiyach and the standards of the Kingdom of Elohim but have been threatened into submitting to the core group or corporate status quo agendas, or loose their jobs?  Isn't it vexing that most religious Christians and Jews know about the compromises but refuse to sanctify the truth?

YHWH reveals Himself and His Name to all who will seek Him, He has shown that we are made in the "Image of Elohim", we have his nature inside us, we only need to nurture the Spirit He has given.  No one is so super spiritual or so uniquely anointed that they have a direct line to YHWH and the rest of the population is dependant upon their leader.  In Moshe's day YHWH invited all the people into an intimate relationship with Him, but they refused.  They were lazy, ignorant and fearful just like people today who want an easy religious fix to discharge their obligation for the life they've been given.  Within the Name of YHWH is a lesson as to who we are in Him.  The Name of YHWH is to be pronounced while inhaling and exhaling in respiration, indicating that YHWH provided the Breath of Life for all Living things, including you and I.  YHWH breathed LIFE into Adam and into all creation and so His Name reflects our dependency on Him for breath.  We speak the Name of YHWH with respect and honour for His Name as follows:

First part; breath IN slowly while saying YAH

Then; breathe OUT slowly while saying WEH (way)

(BREATHE IN)  YAH (BREATHE OUT)  WEH

YHWH says that His Name is Kadosh (Set Apart), but religions say something very different.  Rabbis and the head of the Roman Catholic Church teach that the Name of YHWH is too HOLY to mention, they avoid vocalizing the Name of YHWH and replace the Name with man-made titles they've invented for themselves.  Christians and Messianic Jews teach that it's NOT IMPORTANT to call upon His Name, they use substitute and generally accepted titles of the various religions they've evolved from.  Religions outside of Judaism and Christianity adopt the same titles for their deities based on their religious values, rather than truth. 

However all the prophets of YHWH spoke in the Name of YHWH, they declared His Name and when people heard the Name of YHWH there was Love, Honour, Fear, Trust, Hope and much confidence in His Name, because they knew YHWH.  His Name is the Name above all other Names, YHWH is our Salvation and Redeemer, but religion says no way.  Man has given himself the authority to change what YHWH says and has revealed regarding His own Name.  Religion is in competition with YHWH rather than being obedient to Him.

Without centering our purpose and understanding of life upon YHWH there is no life.  The material world cannot exist outside of time, neither can we exist outside of YHWH.  Within time, energy is required for our continued existence.  Not long ago "Brownian motion" was discovered, it is widely understood that everything in the Universe has energy and movement.  But kinetic energy within atoms cannot be understood or explained outside of an invisible energy force, so for mankind to compete with YHWH he must make up his own theories of "belief" diverting reality into theory, that is how religion competes with Truth.  It first covers up the truth then spins a tale around it.  Why is it important to know and speak the Name of YHWH?  Because the Creator of Life gave His Word in reality, not in theory.

Regardless of which intellectual or religious model one chooses, there remains many questions... Why are we here?  What is the purpose of life?  Is this all there is?  If man is the measure of all things why does he destroy, cheat and pollute the planet?  Why are there so many inconsistencies that plague mankind?  Why, why, why?  Certainly these questions are troublesome and avoided by the masses in favor of instant gratification.  So it is that man chooses to be in competition with YHWH and be the measure of all things, he is his own god and therein lies the irony because man has proven himself the lesser of himself by choosing his self-destruction whether through his religion or intellect.  Man can ultimately prove nothing except that YHWH's Judgments are right (reality) and his are wrong (theory).

     YHWH will keep him in Perfect Peace whose imagination is stayed on Him.

English translations of Isaiah 26:3 generally translate yetser  as "mind" but it specifically refers to what our minds produce according to our imagination, or the image of our thoughts.  We are created with the capacity to confer with YHWH regarding our thoughts and imaginations and seek His wisdom to evaluate thoughts according to His righteous Kingdom.  We have the opportunity to invite the Spirit of Mashiyach to judge our thoughts to help us yield our thoughts to Him.  Our thoughts must be guarded from the worldly pollution of the enemy that plants all manner of bad seeds into our thought-life.  However, as the image of our thoughts is stayed upon Righteousness we enter into reality, not a new reality but a reality that has always existed except we were too distracted by lower thoughts to enter into Mashiyach.

Mashiyach Y'shua states that in the latter days earth will be as it was just before Noah's flood, and before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, this is precisely what the world is like at the moment.  Mankind is continually doing evil, his thoughts are continually wicked.  Even your local church Pastor will tell you that his church people have desperately wicked hearts, Pastors even get this idea from Jeremiah 17:9 and apply it to their churches.  To the wicked and rebellious Jeremiah 17 states, they "get riches, and not by right", they have "forsaken YHWH" for a pagan deity called Je-Zeus, "they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction", they "will not hearken unto Me to hallow the Shabbat day and not to bear a burden".  Ok so you can't argue with the Pastors can you, this is in fact how the majority of Christians live! 

The imaginations of most Christian Pastors is continually evil but they are handsome in the eyes of their following, some even wear expensive cologne and speak smooth things they know Church members want to hear.  Their status quo sermons of encouragement, commitment and motivation compel the sheep to stay aboard their ship, pay tithes and bring others to church so they can all go to heaven as one big happy (but rebellious (family), this is a very popular message indeed.

Y'shua said religious people will "compass sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he is become so, you make him twofold more a son of hell than yourselves" Matthew 23:15.  Church pastors have been trained in negotiation and manipulation, they have sworn to follow the Beast wheresoever it goeth and take their flock with them, if this was not the case they would not be so hell bent on speaking against YHWH and His Torah.  If they were not hirelings for the beast they would have the Fear of YHWH or a spine and would refuse to water down the Truth.  However, the cost of discipleship means to boldly live and teach the Commandments of YHWH as written upon the heart and pursue Righteousness rather than Justification of their sins, a very big difference indeed.

Certainly it takes time to evaluates all thoughts and actions and learn what YHWH requires of each of us.  Certainly this is something that doesn't happen by itself, but it will never happen unless a person is willing to follow Mashiyach and observe Torah and learn the Fear of YHWH versus the fear of man.  Righteousness will never happen and cannot happen if every time a person has a question they go to their Pastor or Rabbi for their answer, all they will get from their religious leaders is what their leaders learned from their leaders and many times if the leader doesn't know something... they just make something up to appease you.

YHWH reveals the purpose of life even within the very smallest elements of Faith that YHWH asks us to observe, if we seek Him we shall find Him.  If we know that we came from YHWH and are made in His Image then we have unlimited potential to realize our ultimate destiny now in this life and in the World to Come.  The intellectual evolutionary rebel shall one day crawl upon and marvel greatly at the miracle of dust (Micah 7:17), but what about those who claim to be "Believers" and who spurn the One True Elohim? 

It's time to get permanently unplugged from religion?  You will find that it is not as easy or comfortable of a life to do so, people will regularly upbraid you (often behind your back) as you begin to live for YHWH and His Mashiyach.  You will find that it's the "believers", the religious people, who are the most ardent lovers of self and the most offended by those who don't play their religious games on their terms, that's just the way it is.  Unplugged from YHWH is to be unplugged from LIFE, so as much as the Truth is disdained by the status quo and concealed by the tyranny of the material world there remains only one viable option for life and that is to Fear YHWH, Keep His Commandments and trust in the Complete and Perfect Word of Mashiyach Y'shua.
